We are truly delighted with the final outcomes of our 11+ examinations this year. The children have achieved some outstanding results gaining places at over 40 schools including King’s College, Emanuel, Godolphin and Latymer, and Dulwich College. One notable achievement was the 16 offers from Ibstock Place School, a very popular co-educational selective school. Children also achieved multiple scholarships for their academics, art, music, and sport.
The school prides itself in providing a bespoke 11+ service, not only supporting the children through the process by focusing on inspirational teaching and challenge but also in giving detailed and up-to-date guidance to parents on the right schools for their child. The emphasis is always on great learning rather than merely exam technique and by dint of that the children do brilliantly.
In interviews and group work, the strong focus on performance, philosophical discussion and independent thought allows the children to confidently express their views and personality. The school’s generous provision of specialist teachers in the arts and sport were also able to nurture the children’s wider talents to gain those additional scholarships which further impressed the prospective schools.
