What Does a Typical School Day Look Like at The Roche School?
Our school day begins at 8:00 am with supervised play, allowing early arrival for families who need it. School lessons start at 8:35 am. For our youngest pupils lessons end around 3:00 pm, while those in Year 6 finish at about 4:00 pm. We also offer a flexible “late class” until 4:30 pm at no extra cost, providing a smooth transition for working parents.
Many of our pupils choose to stay on for after-school clubs, sports and activities which enrich their learning beyond the regular timetable. Additional wraparound care is available via our trusted partner, Junior Adventures Group which runs until 6:30 pm (6.00 pm Fridays).

For families needing extended hours, our wraparound care offers a safe, engaging and flexible solution. Pupils can take part in supervised clubs, sport, creative activities and more, giving them the chance to socialise, explore interests and wind down after the school day.
