The Roche School hosted another very successful Senior Schools Fair at our new Year 6 Centre at Point Pleasant on Thursday 22nd February 2024. 27 schools were in attendance along with 150 parents from Years 3 – 5 for two hours of drinks, nibbles and highly informative conversations.

The Senior Schools Fair gives parents the opportunity to meet a broad range of independent day & boarding secondary schools as potential options for their children from Year 7. Rather than having to book multiple open day tours the parents instead are able to come to a single evening here at The Roche School and speak to a variety of different schools all in one go.

There were also several, knowledgeable members of Roche School staff present who were able to advise and guide parents. Feedback has been very positive and we have had multiple positive comments from the attending schools about how we handle the 11+ Process.

One Year 5 parent who attended commented, “A great night at the Senior Schools’ Fair last night. It was very helpful getting to know the schools we already had in mind but also great seeing options that we hadn’t otherwise considered.”
